The office shakes

and rumbles like the world is going to end... the little figurines on top of the computer monitor that belong to the day shifter are swaying back and forth...

what in the world is going on?! It's a late night cargo run with a 747 rumbling down the runway... it gets me everytime. The first 3 seconds I'm thinking the worst has happened, or there's an earthquake or something. And then I realize what it is and I race to the window to watch the light disappear into the darkness as one hell of a rumble slowly dissipates into the night.
